We, the Hanley Brothers, have spent our lives fishing the waters of Kenmare Bay and have plenty of tales to share about our catches and days at sea!
During the tour there is an opportunity for guests to haul a lobster pot!

If you are walking or driving, you this handy guide to finding us!
- Start at Kenmare Square: This is the central point of Kenmare town, where many streets intersect.
- Head southwest on Main Street/Ring of Kerry/N71: Leave Kenmare Square and walk southwest along Main Street, which is also part of the Ring of Kerry route (N71).
- Continue on N71: Follow the N71 road for approximately 0.2 miles (about 350 meters) until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street.
- Turn left onto Bridge Street: At the intersection, turn left onto Bridge Street.
- Continue onto Pier Road: After turning onto Bridge Street, continue straight, and the road will become Pier Road. You'll start to see signs indicating the direction to the pier.
- Arrive at Kenmare Pier: Follow Pier Road all the way to Kenmare Pier. You'll reach the pier after a short walk from the town center. Kenmare Bay Boat Tours typically depart from this location. Once you arrive at Kenmare Pier, you can check in for your boat tour and enjoy exploring Kenmare Bay and its surrounding beauty.

Our tours run daily from 9am to 9pm - weather dependent. Sailing times are updated regularly on our social channels. Our ticket office is open 7 days a week and is located on the pier, our Eircode is V93 X5Y6

We recommend bringing a jacket, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. Comfortable footwear is also advisable. Don't forget your sense of adventure!
Don’t forget your phone and cameras to capture the amazing sights! If the weather forecast is for mild and misty or wet weather, we have a covered and sheltered section!
Bring a buggy or baby seat for 2 year olds or younger and warm clothes and rain jackets for everyone as the best seats for watching the seals are semi open and we have to sit very still while seal watching so as not to disturb the seals.
You can also bring your own snacks and drinks.

Our tour is usually 60-90 minutes, this is dependent on the type of tour, weather, tides and sea conditions.
